Change The Game is an independent film, written, produced and directed by Osama Alhabeeb under Dynasty Pictures. The film is set in the inner city. It is about a group of individuals who aspire to achieve their personal goals and survive the trials and tribulations of life on the streets. Change The Game is a drama addressing the battles within oneself through the dark alleyways of our cities. The focus is on the determination of young minds to succeed at any cost and to define a brighter future for themselves above the racial and class issues that surround them. The story centers on Ray Walker (Osama Alhabeeb), a bi-racial young male in his early 20’s, who has faced growing up by his own. Ray's best friend, Omar (Haniyf Carr) narrates the story alongside Ray and gives his perspectives on Ray's life, from the rapes of his mother, to his perceptions on race, relations, success, and what makes society the way it is. Omar paints a vivid picture of Ray as a troubled young mind whose desire to succeed is overshadowed by his ignorance as he dives into the violent underworld of drugs and crime.
